What is a podcast?A podcast is a way to automatically download audio content from the internet to your mobile mp3 device (in many cases an iPod). By subscribing to a podcast, each time your computer opens your music program (such as iTunes), it will automatically search for and download any new content from the podcasts you have subscribed to. Then, when you sync your mp3 device to your computer, it will automatically load those audio files to your device so you can listen to them whenever is convenient.
To set up a subscription to any of the podcasts below using iTunes, simply click the subscribe link.
Don't have iTunes? Download it free. Or if you prefer another music program such as Windows Media, simply copy the "Quick link" listed for each podcast into your music program following it's instructions for adding a new feed.
